qualification in anatomy & kinesiology either through a fitness
certification or other course is highly recommended (but not required).
2. Highly recommended
at least 20 hours Pilates training including Classical Mat* or Peak
Introductory Course

completion of PPS I plus 145 logged pre-requisite hours (broken into 60 hours
of personal practice and 85 hours of teaching)
